Jackie from Change Grow Live (CGL) attends Bethany House, every two weeks, to meet residents with substance misuse issues who would like to find out how to get support.
CGL are experts in supporting service users to change their behaviour. The majority of service users who access their services are unsure about reasons to change their behaviour, or wish to change the behaviour but don't have the resources to do so. CGL recognise that ‘unhealthy’ behaviours can become entrenched invisibly and over time, with seemingly insignificant behaviours laying the foundations for more serious problems later on.
The sessions with Jackie are held every two weeks, on Mondays at 2.30pm. Jackie offers one to one meetings with residents as well as a drop in service for anyone who would like to discuss how they could receive further support. The next session is on Monday 11th December at 2.30pm.
CGL provide help and support to adults, children, young people and families. Their services cover a wide variety of areas including health and wellbeing, substance use, mental health, criminal justice, domestic abuse and homelessness. Find out more at: www.changegrowlive.org
