Well done Natasha

Well done to Natasha, one of our Bethany House residents, who recently passed a maths class, preparation for work experience and a retail traineeship with Crisis Skylight.

Natasha has been very active with Crisis Skylight, who regularly attend Bethany House to introduce and discuss their training and development workshops and courses with our residents. Natasha attended a recent presentation evening hosted by Crisis Skylight, to present client with their certificates of achievement.

Jeremy Corbyn, MP for Islington North, also attended the presentation ceremony and met with Natasha and had his photo taken with her. Natasha was thrilled to meet with him again and get a photo this time, as she has met Mr Corbyn before, when he attended the opning of the charity shop where she undertook her retail traineeship.

Natasha meeting Jeremy Corbyn

Natasha wanted to say a big thank you to Crisis Skylight for the opportunities they have provided her.

Crisis skylight have helped to give me a structure to my day and an opportunity to learn new skills that have benefited me in all arears of my life. I plan to continue to engaging at Crisis Skylight, and hope to share my experiences with them with other residents and help to promote the service in the future.

Well done again Natasha, you should be really proud of all your achievements.
