Located in a quiet residential part of Kilburn, benefiting from great transport links, with Kilburn Park and West Hampstead tube stations and West Hampsted overground station within five-ten minutes walking distance. Kilburn Grange Park is on the doorstep with Queens Park and Primrose Hill close by. Local culture spots such as the north London Tricycle theatre on Kilburn High Road and the Ben Uri Musuem on Boundary Road are also nearby.
Hackett House is a seven-bed house share, with self catering and shared bathroom facilities (for a maximum of two people), offering reduced rents to assist both male and female single people looking for employment opportunities and/or requiring help saving money for future accommodation.
The building provides housing management on site from 8am – 5pm Monday to Friday. There is a communal lounge with communal television, Wi-Fi access and on site laundry facilities. All rooms are fully furnished and bills, council tax and service charges are included in your weekly charge.
We consider applicants who are in receipt of benefits and those in work, whether that be full or part time. Hackett House falls in line with our short-term accommodation services - no support other than general housing management and benefit advice is provided on site.
